2. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must create an account to use certain features
• You must provide accurate, complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App

4. Orders and Transactions

Customer Orders

• Orders are subject to vendor acceptance
• Prices are set by individual vendors
• Pickup times follow the Thursday schedule (orders by Tuesday 23:59)
• You may cancel or modify orders before the Tuesday deadline

Vendor Obligations

Vendors agree to:

• Provide accurate product information
• Fulfill accepted orders in a timely manner
• Maintain food safety and quality standards (where applicable)
• Respond to customer inquiries

Payment

• Payment methods vary by vendor
• Bodenschätze may facilitate payment processing
• You are responsible for applicable taxes
• Refund policies are set by individual vendors

5. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

• The App, including design, code, and content, is owned by Bodenschätze
• Trademarks, logos, and branding are protected
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property

User Content

• You retain ownership of content you post
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content
• You represent that you have rights to post the content
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security of data transmission
• Accuracy of vendor information
• Product quality or safety

Marketplace Platform

• Bodenschätze is a platform connecting buyers and sellers
• We are not a party to transactions between users and vendors
• Vendors are independent businesses, not employees or agents

9. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution
